Baba has been an Osho sanyasin since 1977. Thirteen
months after taking sanyas, while sitting under a bananatree with
friends he experienced his "happening" which over a short
period of time blossomed into enlightenment.
Baba comes from Indore, India where he has a wife and grown family
of five children. He now spends much of his time traveling India,
Europe and Australia where he holds meditation camps. When you
get to know Baba you will find there is nothing better than to
sit in silence with him or enjoy his laughter and singing.
Since 2 years Baba has his own ashram in Indore, India, where you
can visit him usually between november and end of march for sittings,
talks and walks

Indore is located between Delhi and Bombay -
a little bit closer to Bombay.
From
both cities are night trains available - starting in the late
afternoon, arriving in the morning in Indore. One can get a ticket
immediately or in one day by asking at the station for Tourist
quota - seperate counter (Foreign money and passport is needed)
There is also an airplane flying every day to Indore.
In Indore one needs to get picked up - taxi
drivers very unlikely know the way.
Usually one of Baba's son does the
transport.
Last year the cost of the stay was 500,- Rps a day
including, stay, food and meditations.
Most probably it will be the same
this year.
